For VRBO and Airbnb owners we can do a full unit repaint between booked weekends — high-traffic areas only, or top-to-bottom, depending on your budget. We protect floors, kitchens, and electronics, and we leave the unit cleaner than we found it.
If you keep a base color and a trim color on file with us, we'll color-match your existing paint so touch-up patches blend invisibly.
Interior painting for owner-occupied homes
Most of the Cinnamon Beach homes we paint are tile-floor open plans with 10-foot ceilings — easy to roll quickly, easy to mask wrong. We pre-mask floors and built-ins before the first drop of paint comes out and stage the work room by room so you can keep living in the house.
Cabinet refinishing
Builder-grade cabinets in Cinnamon Beach condos are a great candidate for a refinish — sand, prime, and spray for a hard, factory-style finish without the cost of new doors. We do these in our shop so the cabinet boxes get on-site work only.

How long does cabinet refinishing take?+
About a week for a typical Cinnamon Beach kitchen — doors and drawer fronts go to our shop, frames are sprayed on site, and you have a working kitchen the whole time minus the doors.
