Soft wash before paint
On Hammock Beach exteriors we soft wash with a low-pressure mildewcide blend rather than blasting stucco with a turbo nozzle. High pressure on stucco at the beach drives water and salt into hairline cracks, which is the opposite of what you want before paint.
Standalone soft wash service is also available — a lot of owners book us for a wash every 12 to 18 months as a maintenance pass between repaints.
Exterior repaints that hold up
Same playbook as Hammock Dunes and Ocean Hammock: marine-rated primer on metal, elastomeric flex primer on stucco cracks, premium 100% acrylic topcoat from Sherwin-Williams Emerald or BM Aura Exterior.
Color committee experience
Hammock Beach has design guidelines we've worked with for years. We prepare the sample brush-outs and the submittal package — your job is to pick the color you actually want.
Hammock Beach painting FAQs
How often should a Hammock Beach home be soft washed?+
Every 12 to 18 months. It removes salt deposits and surface mildew before they have a chance to etch the paint.
Why no pressure washing at the beach?+
High pressure forces water and salt into hairline stucco cracks. Soft wash with the right detergent cleans deeper without the damage.
Do you do screen enclosure painting too?+
Yes — we re-paint screen enclosure frames in bronze, beige, or black to match the rest of the home. It's almost always done at the same visit as the body repaint.
