We pressure wash with a turbo nozzle to strip the old coating and surface algae, acid etch any glossy spots, patch spalls and hairline cracks with a polymer-modified concrete patch, and then prime with a bonding primer rated for pool environments. The knockdown texture goes on next, then two finish coats in your chosen color.
